Before even bringing my vehicle in, I was referred to this shop by another auto shop on Cicero and told to ask for Ronnie. I called and explained that I had a P052E code related to the PCV valve/intake assembly. After I gave him the make, model, and year of my vehicle, Ronnie suggested I contact the dealership first to check if the repair might still be covered under warranty. I really appreciated how thoughtful and honest that was--he easily could have had me come in and pay out of pocket. I followed his advice, and sure enough, the repair was fully covered under warranty. I was extremely grateful for that. I do have a few other repairs that need to be done, and I will definitely be going back to Ronnie for those instead of the dealership. That will be a first for me, as I've only ever gone to a Mercedes dealer in the past. Ronnie is highly recommended! I will definitely give an update once the repairs are done.

Full-Time/Part-Time Automotive Service Technician - We are a full-service foreign and domestic automotive repair shop with an excellent reputation for quality work, is looking for a new team member. We currently have a position for a talented, motivated individual with 2-3 years automotive experience. Candidates must have valid driver's license, be able to work a 5 day work week including Some Saturdays, possess a great work ethic, have high quality standards and enjoy learning. Candidates with ASE certifications a plus, however, not mandatory. Stop in and fill out application or fax your resume to our business number.
